DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We offer free shipping in Norway, and global shipping by UPS Express.

ONCE YOU PLACE AN ORDER

  • All orders are shipped from Oslo, Norway.

  • We will send you a confirmation e-mail with information about your order.

  • Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.

  • Normal delivery time (if nothing else is stated) is 2-3 business days within Norway, orders to Europe take 3-6 working days and the rest of the world 3-8 days. If a product is sold out, delivery time may be longer. In case of longer delay in delivery, you always have the right to cancel the purchase. If you wish to do so, please contact customercare@soyaaulait.com.

  • Please note that your orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

 PAYMENT

  • Payment are processed using a third party´s own payment gateways. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners cards are accepted.

TAXES & DUTIES

  • Customs duties and VAT may incur for international orders, depending on your location.

RETURNS

  • If the items that you have purchased are not to your satisfaction, we are happy to help you exchange or return them.

  • The item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

  • Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card after we have received your returned item (in the condition as described above) to the correct destination.

  • Shipping charge for returns will be paid by customer side.

  • Please note that We do not accept returns for the following:

-        Sale items will not be exchanged/returned

-        Products purchased during a promotional sale period

-        Products received in a condition other than their original condition

-        Products without their tags attached

-        Products that appear worn or smell of perfume, deodorant or tan

-        Products that are marked or damaged in any way

-        Made to order items

RETURN PROCESS

  • Notify us of your return by sending us an email at customercare@soyaaulait.com.

  • Pack your items securely in the original packaging and attach the return label to the outside of the box.

  • We will email you a link to book a collection online.

  • You may also book a collection by calling UPS Customer service or use a UPS drop off location to send your parcel to our warehouse.

  • Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

  • If you ordered a made-to-order item, it will not be shipped immediately. The estimated shipping time will be listed on your order confirmation and on the product page. We are unable to provide exact dates for all made-to-order items, you will be notified in a separate e-mail regarding estimated delivery date. Please note that We are unable to cancel any made-to-order items unless we have offered a cancellation to you.
